Three actions for damages in the district court for Ramsey county, heard together on appeal, for injuries resulting from the medical treatment of Michael Lewis Moeller, a minor. The cases were tried together before Gustavus Loevinger, Judge, and a jury. A verdict of $30,000 for Michael was returned against Dr. Victor P. Hauser and Dr. William O. Finkelnberg; a verdict of $10,000 for Michael was returned against the County Welfare Board of Ramsey County; and a verdict of $1,311.05 for Burdette E. Moeller, Michael's father, was returned against Drs. Hauser and Finkelnberg. From an order denying their alternative motions for judgment or a new trial, defendants separately appealed.
